Comprehensive Consulting & Management, LLC (CCM) completed a biopharmaceutical facility in New Jersey. This project consisted of approximately 27,000 square feet of GMP warehousing, Process Development, Quality Control, Metrology, PCR -/+ and BioAssay laboratory spaces. Design and Construction was accomplished in just over 5 months using CCM's unique project delivery, CDA or "Collaborative Design Assist." With an emphasis on Speed to Market and Risk Mitigation, the CDA process allows for an open team environment to share accountability for the critical path among all the stakeholders.
